Teller Suite operates on standard PC workstations using Microsoft Windows. Teller Suite incorporates familiar Windows graphical user interface standards, which minimize training requirements and enhance productivity. Teller Suite is easy to learn and easy to use. Tellers who are familiar with Windows applications already know how to use Teller Suite.

Teller Suite uses industry standard Microsoft Servers (or Windows workstation workgroups for smaller installations) and Microsoft SQL Server (or free SQL Server Express) databases for reliability and compatibility.

Teller Suite's flexible printer support works with a variety of transaction printers, including combination printer/MICR readers. 

This protects your investment against future obsolescence and ensures flexibility in choosing from a variety of readily available hardware and networking solutions.

Teller Suite can be deployed in standalone, workgroup, branch LAN, or centralized database configurations, and features mirroring, fallback, and store-and-forward capabilities for enhanced reliability and availability in the event of lost network or host connectivity.

• Centralized database

• Thin client

Note: mirroring and fallback are not available in a thin-client environment. It is possible, however, to mix standard PC clients and thin-clients in the same network.

Also note that centralized Enterprise Reporting is available for branch database configurations using the automated branch data upload feature of Branch Manager.
